Disclaimer: This is NOT a sponsored post. I bought these items using my own moolah.
Every person whom I am close with, surely knows how hooked I am in everything related to Korean. Dramas, travel blogs, foods, clothes and skincare products!
In my previous post, I’ve mentioned that I will be sharing my Althea haul. And just like what I promised, here is my detailed Althea Korea haul! Yay! This is actually my Christmas gift to myself because I thought of giving myself a reward for doing a job well done at work. Hehe. Honestly, I was supposed to order by the first of December but since one of the items in my cart suddenly went out of stock, I had to wait for a day. But it was absolutely fine.
As some of you already know, iWhite’s name has been spreading like wildfire through our local bloggers out there. I’ve seen lots and lots of reviews and haul, some were sponsored and there are some that are not. Just to clear things out, I have not received any sponsorship from iWhite and am writing this at my own will. This honest review tells about my real experience in using their products.
There are some who asked if this brand is legit from Korea, and they have confirmed it through their facebook page. Actually, I’ve known this brand as I have seen their products in different malls and convenience stores. Back then, I can only recall seeing their nose pack very often, which was in the color of yellow and pink. I was not actually intending to buy one, but since the other one that I usually use was not in stock, I decided to give it a try. I bought one and tried it immediately the next day. The liquid was white and sticky but it wasn’t that hard to wash off using water. I tried to put a single layer of the nose pack liquid into my nose and waited for it to dry a bit. Then I added two more layers after, before I let it dry completely. As I’ve said, it was not hard to wash off so I was able to remove it on my nose easily. But to my dismay, it just removed a few of my white heads. It didn’t even remove about ten of my whiteheads, so I discontinued using it. Although it was cheaper than other brands, I was desperate to get rid of my problem so I turned back to the one I have used before.
Dear Santa Althea,
How many days left do we have before Christmas? Time flies real fast, don’t you think? It wasn’t even that long since we started the one hundred days countdown.
For many of us, Christmas means we get a long break from all of the stressful things in our lives. Work, school, and life in general. But for Althea Korea, Christmas means making someone happy! That’s why they encouraged a lot of bloggers to post their wish lists, because they will pick lucky Altheans and grant their wishes! Santa Althea is so generous when it comes to giveaways. They have a lot of surprise giveaways and contests every month so it’s a delight that they will also grant wishes this Christmas! Yay for Althea!
KBEAUTY NEWS: Althea Korea’s App is now available!
For those beauty junkies, like me, Althea Korea has been popular for all the good things they offer. Authentic Korean cosmetics and excellent customer service, which I’ll be doing a review on soon after I get my first box from them this December!
Anyway, back to the story! Althea has been the talk of town this year that led them to being more popular in different countries. You see, a lot of bloggers have been posting about Althea as well. It was actually the reason why I was encouraged to go and buy my own box. But the thing is, the company is not only focused on giving Asians access to the famous Korean brands but also to ensure the satisfaction of their clients, that’s why they have developed their wonderful app!
